Mike has been preaching on how the 60's has impacted us today. So, this past Sunday night was the big finale with a little 60's dress up celebration!

And...who would have known that Texas Sheet Cake was introduced in the 60's, so of course we dug in and ate some yummy cake!

Such a great time. I learned so much and am extremely thankful for such a wonderful preacher...AKA: my husband!

We officially started potty training this week. For some silly unknown reason, I decided that a package of smarties would be the best reward for each time Aylah pottied. Well, little did I know she would potty approximately two dozen times or so. Then to top it off, we had a family movie night planned with lots of goodies as you can see.

Well, let's just say Aylah was wide awake well in to the midnight hours.

We had our regular playgroup date Wednesday, and I've been letting Aylah dress herself lately.
