~GRAY???~
Can you believe I found my first gray hair today! I wear my hair in a p-tail all the time and decided today I should try and leave it down. Well, that is when I found the gray hair. I tried to take a pic, but the flash washed it out...but it's definitely there. Oh well!

~Kokomo Beach~
We went to Kokomo Beach today with Kelly and Aylah's wonderful BFF, Brooklyn. She is such a sweet sweet girl and is AWESOME with Aylah. Aylah loves her.
Here is a video of Brooklyn playing "underwater peek-a-boo"! It's a little fuzzy, but hopefully you'll enjoy it anyway.
~No! No! No!~
History behind this post, is that Aylah is quite capable of pulling her bib off with one yank. She does it all the time. She doesn't like me to say "no", it really hurts her feelings. You can see that she wants it off so bad, she's definitely trying me ALREADY!

~8 Months Old~
Yesterday marked the very happy day of celebrating Aylah's 8 months of life. She is absolutely so much fun and such the happy baby. She loves life! We are so thankful for each day the Lord blesses us with-to spend with sweet Belle!

~Sweetness~
Sweet Aylah-I love her so much and can't stop trying to catch every wonderful moment on camera! Just a few pics to share.

~Conquering Stairs~
Well, when Aylah started crawling last week- Mike and I discussed the idea that we have a great living room since we have 2 steps that keep you from the rest of the house. We thought that might keep Aylah in the living room for at least a few weeks if not a month. We know she is quite determined and usually gets what she wants-but conquering stairs would be in the future, right? WRONG! It only took Aylah Belle 8 days to figure out there were stairs in her way of getting to a toy-and that would definitely not hold her back.

~Mommy-Daughter Day~
Yesterday, Aylah and I took the day off and went to Shipshewana. It's an Amish town with a flea market (1/100 the size of Canton), crafts, plants, food the works! It's a lot of fun. We shopped around, shared a pretzel and water for lunch, rode the carousel, watched a puppet show and went to the candy and toy store! What more could a mommy and daughter do on a date?!
Isn't she so cute! She definitely doesn't look like a baby to me, my sweet little girl!

~$500.00 Giveaway!~
Okay-not really. Just wanted to see what it would be like to be The Pioneer Woman for a day-very exciting.
I need some advice-so everyone please help!
1.) I need new foundation and powder- I've only been using Arbonne for the last couple of years so I have no idea what's the cheapest best! Need something that definitely covers (now that I'm almost 30) but looks natural, not cakey.
2.) Lipstick-I need something that stays on but doesn't taste funny :( I'm not big on Colorstay-because it cost so much if you don't like the color.
3.) How in the world do you teach little girls to leave those beautiful bows in their hair and not to eat them?
Thanks in advance for your help-

~And...she's off!
Aylah has been trying to crawl for so long. This past week, she finally took "a" crawl-but today she actually took off!!! There is nothing like watching your little one grow and learn. Praise God for Aylah, her health, and how wonderful she is doing!!! We are so proud of her.
~Way To Fast~
Things are happening way too fast around here. Aylah has figured out how to pull herself up on the entertainment center, open the drawer and the doors and pull everything out. I guess it's time for safety locks and moving things to a higher place.

~Youth Camp~
Mike, Aylah and I went to youth camp this past week. It was a great time-so much fun. All I did was spend time with my precious girl....no cleaning, no laundry, no cooking, no decisions-just playing and napping!!! That's my kind of camp.
Thanks Aunt Becky for the wonderful idea of a floaty with a cover!
Sweetness-sleeping on a pillow!
Nothing like snack time on a picnic blanket!

Pool Time
On all fours!
I apologize in advance for the looong video, but my friends it will be worth it to watch her move her knee one time in a forward motion-almost crawling!
PS-Thanks Aunt Carrie for the bunny! This has been Aylah's favorite toy 7 months in a row and still running! (7 months-my goodness-is she that old??!!)

Overboard..YIKES!
Aylah is working so hard on crawling. She's really close, but the last couple of days she's been pulling herself up. I can't believe it! It has become a real challenge when it comes to giving her a bath. She will not stay still. It looks a little dangerous and I'm afraid she's going to fall overboard. Becky suggests I get a bath seat for her, that way it'll be much safer. She's just so cute and I'm so proud of her. Way to go Aylah!!!
