~Kokomo Beach~

I'm totally pumped that somehow the pictures managed to download, I just can't take anymore pictures with the camera. At least I can save the ones I have! Yippie!!

I love, love, love Fridays, because my fabulous husband is home and it's our "family day"! This Friday we went to Kokomo Beach and Aylah had a blast. This is the first time we went where she could walk around. If you want to take a swim down memory lane and see her at Kokomo Beach last year just give a little click here!

Aylah and her daddy had so much fun!

Running under the water!

One picture we actually got of her on the slide!

I sure hope you are enjoying your summer as much as we are!

~Lesson Learned~

In my great attempt to capture Aylah's excitement on camera while she's sliding down a slide at a water park did not go over very well. Not only was there a wee little splash of water, but she also kicked it as she came out of the slide. Maybe we were just a little too close to the slide, nevertheless...the camera is dead. So, no pictures of her sliding, and no more pictures for awhile. I can't use Carrie's old camera that she gave me either, because my computer won't read it. Maybe I'll just start a journal without pictures or something. Who knows?
The best part is, I'm so great at keeping things up to date, that I haven't been saving all the pictures or the videos on anything, except the camera! Yap, just the camera. So now those are all gone too.
Moral of the story: Only use water cameras for waterparks and save your pictures on your computer or something!!!

~Fun in the Sun~

We brought Aylah's pool out today, but she wasn't too interested in playing in it. She was more interested in being sprayed by the water hose, and filling up her bucket with water and dumping it on herself.
Here she is trying to fill her bucket up...

...and then later dumping it on herself. She says, "ooooh"!

Getting sprayed!
I had a great time playing with you today Aylah. I sure do love you!

~Backyard Summer Fun~

This is just a normal day for us as we spend hours upon hours in the backyard playing. I love these summer days, and we definitely take full advantage of the nice weather, since it only lasts about 3 months.

~Jumping on the Trampoline~

Just having a little fun jumping on the trampoline with Hug Pug.

~God of Wonders~

Aylah loves to sing and God of Wonders has become her favorite song for the time being. She sings it all the time.

God of wonders beyond our galaxy,

You are holy, holy

The universe declares your majesty,

You are holy, holy.

~Aylah's First Flip~

Aylah has flipped a few times on the trampoline with the help of her great spotter-(mommy)! However, for the first time she flipped all by her sweet little self at grammies house this week.

PS. Please ignore the high pitched yell as I was a little overly excited about the flip!

I had to show you this video too, because Aylah is just so proud of herself, and gives herself an applause at the end.

Way to go Aylah! Your flips are beautiful!

~Dirty Feet~

Aylah learned the word "dirty" when she discovered dirt on her feet. She also says bird at the end of the video!

~15 weeks pregnant~

I'm 15 1/2 weeks in this picture. Feeling great and waiting to find out if it's a boy or girl.
July 7th if you are wondering?!?!

15 weeks pregnant with beautiful Belle!

~Mexican, at last~

I'm so excited that I found a Mexican restaurant in the north that I reaaaally like! El Camino! Yippie!!!
I didn't actually take a picture of the restaurant, I thought you might be more interested in a picture of our beautiful baby girl with Aunt Lisa and grandma getting ready to dig in to some yummy fajitas!

~Soaked~

We went to children's camp this week and the kids had a water gun fight while Mike sprayed them with the hose. Aylah thought this was the greatest thing ever!

She kept saying: more, more, more, more!!!

~Indy Air Show~

We had a blast at the Indy Air Show. It was actually mine and Aylah's first air show. We were so excited to take Aylah since she loves airplanes and can spot one any where in the sky. She thought it was so cool and was very excited every time one drove or flew by.
Aylah was also interested in the chips and lemonade.
She's pretty talented you know: Eating, while holding her cup of lemonade and her "sassy" at the same time!

Aylah finally passed out after a few hours of plane watching.

Napping on our favorite picnic blanket.

Pointing out airplanes with grandpa.
Not pictured: Aunt Lori and Uncle Dave (so glad you guys came!!!)
Thank you grandma and grandpa for taking us to the air show. We had a great time.

~Bows, bows and more bows~

Aylah was such a good sport and let Brooklyn fix her hair when she came over to play!
Great job Brooklyn, I think her hair looks lovely!!!

~Uncle Gary's 60th Birthday~

The Wheelers and the Fredericks where on their way to Kentucky for a wedding and we met them at IHOP as they passed through.
It just so happened to be Gary's 60th birthday, so we had a celebration while we were there.
Aylah is joining in on the festivities.
The cone says, "Caution, 60 year old senior moment".

Melissa brought me a very special cookie for my birthday.

And cupcakes for everyone else!
Aylah tried eating her cupcake in a variety of ways.
1.) Taking a few bites at a time.

2.) A spoon for the icing.

3.) Using her hands.

4.) And just simply digging in!
Happy Birthday Gary!!!

~Play Group~

I love play group, especially when sweet Julia and Aylah spend the whole time together stuffing their faces with crushed ice.

Aylah is saying to Julia, "Yum, what do you think about that piece of ice?!"
Julia is 3 months older than Aylah and they sure do like playing together.

~30th Birthday~

I sure can't believe I'm 30 years old now. That is incredibly hard for me to believe-but-I guess that's life, huh?
Me and my favoritest people!
My sweet daughter.

Anita, who got me this personalized balloon and "30 birthday" ribbon to wear all day.
Her birthday is June 3, so we like to celebrate together all week for our birthdays!

Aylah is holding my personalized balloon for me! She's such a big helper!
Thanks to everyone for all the birthday wishes and gifts. It was a great day!
PS...If you look at the last picture, you can see my pooch from baby #2!
