~Christmas at the Bounce House~

Mike, Aylah and I went to dinner at Red Robin and then took Aylah to the Bounce House for our family Christmas evening. Aylah had a blast.

I think we are going to have to make this a Sawyer tradition!

~Laundry Basket~

Mom, you aren't suppose to find me yet!

~Update~

Just a little update on our lives...since there hasn't been much blogging lately and not everyone follows facebook.
We have finally found a wonderful home for Kisses, which we are very thankful for. A little less stress in our household and a lot more loving for Kisses. Hugs is enjoying getting more attention as well.
Aylah is blooming, blooming blooming. She loves to sing songs all the time. Her favorite Christmas song is the Drummer Boy. She really likes the Care Bears right now as well as playing with all her new puzzles she got for her birthday. We play with blocks and build towers for hours upon hours and she helps out around the house a lot! She's finally intersted in coloring and decorates our entire floor with construction paper and strolls to one paper after the next to color. She's quite the little talker and it's so neat to be able to carry on a conversation with her. Her favorite thing to do is hide under daddy's blanket everynight before she goes to bed (which has been a very challenging time lately). We've had a great time playing with the nativity and learning about Jesus and His birth and can't wait to celebrate with our family!!! She just overflows are lives with joy and we treasure each and every moment with her.
Mike is as wonderful as always and I just love being married to him more than life itself. I sure do enjoy him being my pastor too:) It's such a blessing.
That pretty much wraps up our lives~I will post some pics as soon as I find our
camera:( I know you all are having withdraws from seeing new pics of sweet Aylah:)
Hopefully it will show up before the holiday festivities!
I sure wish I was a fabulous and famous blogger and I could offer all of you a free giveaway:)
Merry Christmas to you all!

This fabulous song came in very handy for a little fun with the girls today. Thanks to my training days at the famous Pumpkin Shell in Norman Oklahoma:) AKA: The P-Shell

~Play Group Fun~

We had our playgroup at the library this week--they gave us a room all to ourselves, it was great!
Kelsie and her baby brother reading together.

So cute!!

Can't get enough of this cutie!!!

Aylah, Kelsie and Julia reading in the loft.

Then Julia got to come over to day and play with Aylah and they had a blast.

A little bit of puzzles...

A little bit of horse riding...

A little bit of coloring...

A little bit of singing the ABC's...

A little bit of rocking...
Thanks for coming over Julia! We had a great time!

~Jolly Days~

Aylah and I went to the Indianapolis Children's Museum again with Brooklyn and Kelly. We had a fabulous time, but silly me totally didn't take any pictures of all the fun Christmas decorations and the huge slide (which was basically the whole reason we went). Anyway, I know I take too many pictures, but here is beautiful Belle exploring away.
She looovves the carousal
Slowly, slowly...

One of her new favorite places to play, in the water!

Gathering food from the market.

Tea Party in Eygpt.

Driving a Tuk Tuk (took took) around Eygpt.

Aylah and Brooklyn getting ready to serve us at an Eygptian Coffee Shop.

Aylah climbing at the Egyption Coffee Shop.

Brooklyn-serving her mommy!

Drawing water out of the Nile.

Fishing at the North Pole.

Sliding...weeeee----

On, Off, On, Off, On, Off!

~Pajama Tradition~

When I was younger my parents or grandparents would always buy us girls Christmas pajamas every year. We would always open them on Christmas Eve and wear them on Christmas day.
Mike and I decided we wanted to continue that tradition except give the pj's to our kids on the first day of advent. Here is sweet Aylah opening her pajamas.

Thanks Wal-Mart for having super cute Minnie Mouse Christmas pj's for only $3 on Black Friday:)

PS: please notice the one sock fashion

~Our First Snow~

Aylah was very excited to look out our window and see the first snow of the season. So, of course, we bundle up and head outside. It didn't last too long though, as soon as her mittens were wet, it was time to go inside and warm up.

~Oh No Horsey~

Aylah has her rocking horse ornaments and refuses to let me put them on the tree. Instead, she plays with them as they jump off the tv stand. "OH NO!"

~Happy Birthday to YOU~

~A Little Bit of Thanksgiving, A Little Bit of Birthday~

Aylah had a great time helping grandma make pies for Thanksgiving.
A little measuring.
A little mixing.

Aylah's favorite birthday gift was the balloons. She had a blast playing with them.

Taking a little break.

Aunt Melly and Uncle Ean (who are now excpecting:)) gave Aylah a My Little Pony. She spent most of her time brushing the pony's hair...

...and Uncle Jordee's hair.

Obviosley we all know Aylah loves Psalty the Singing Songbook and Charity Churchmouse. So, that was her birthday cake.

Thanks Amanda for such a fabulous cake. Aylah loved it!
