~Dressing Up~

A little blurry, but still a sweet picture.

This is the dress that Nanae sent. Aylah loves to dress up in it and twirl around.

~Hat Day~

We had hat day at the library this week, so for Aylah and Mike's daddy/daughter date, he took her out to eat and then to the dollar store to by some hats of her own.

~Grace's 1st Cold~

Grace is 3 1/2 months old and has her first cold.
She has a runny nose, she's been sneezing, coughing and sleeping a lot with mommy! She's not too fussy unless she's wanting to sleep again.
I must say, these sure are pretty pictures of a sick girl.

They may all look the same to you, but this mommy just can't get enough of her!

~Flower Power~

Just incase we didn't have enough "girly" in our house,
I bought this adorable flower, made from a window screen, for our playroom.

This is from Daisy's one of my favorite places to eat in Kokomo.
They have a cute little boutique that I just happen to browse around in, and was pumped when this flower had finally made it's way to the clearance table!

~Secured~

Just incase my paci might fall out while I'm sleeping...

I've got it completely secured!

~Shopping~

Aylah loves life so much. She loves absolutely everything she does and always gives 110%!
That includes shopping...
Please notice the baby sleeping in the shopping cart.
Aylah found some apple juice boxes on clearance.

Aylah is very serious at this point. Desperately holding on to the mac-n-cheese while pushing the cart at the same time.

Of course, you must be sure the mac-n-cheese is the right price before you head to the check out.
She is quite the little shopper!

~My Lil' Valentine's~

My sweet little Valentines!

Daddy got each of his valentines lot's of sweet treats. He also wrote each of us a very special note inside our valentine cards. The valentine puppy is Aylah's and the valentine frog is Gracie's.

A little close up of this cute little frog.

~Sisterly Love~

I absolutely love having 2 little girls. They love each other so much. Aylah is super proud of her little sister and Grace is as crazy for Aylah.
Aylah is always wanting to take pictures with her.

~3 Months Old~

~3 Months~

Grace, you are such a sweet adorable little girl. You love to smile and giggle all the time, especially in the morning. You are starting to play with things and grab things, like mommy's shirt and hair. You also love to hold onto your carseat cover. You're rolling over if you can stand to lay on your tummy long enough. You're trying to talk with your cute little baby language and you love to sing along with mommy and Aylah. You have a sweet little voice! You absolute love your sister, you smile at her all the time and watch her when she's playing near you. You love your pacifier and aren't much of a fan of your carseat right now.
We love you so very much!

~Superbowl Cuteness~

I got these baby legs at Target a few months before Grace was born for a whopping $1.49! I thought they would be great for a football game, so we broke them out for the Superbowl!

~Wall Painting~

Mom and Grace are in the bathroom getting ready for the day.
Aylah: Hey mom, I painted the wall.
Mom: What Aylah? You want to paint.
Aylah: No mom, I painted the wall.
Mom: No Aylah, we don't paint walls, we only paint on paper.
Aylah: I already painted it, come look!
Mom: I'm sure that was really fun Aylah, but next time you must paint on paper!
Aylah: Sure, you can clean it up mom.

~Quality Time~

Aylah loves helping Grace and showing her how things work. She thinks it's so cool that these use to be her toys and she gets to share them with her sister.

~Elephant Feet~

Grace started playing with the elephant's feet a few weeks ago. She touches them and looks at them wondering, "what in the world are these things?"

~Rolling Over~

Grace rolled over, yahoo! She does not like tummy time at all, so we don't spend much time on it. I was really shocked when she rolled over.

Aylah was so excited for her. She wants Grace to roll over all the time now.

~I Do Believe In Christmas~

This was Aylah's favorite song during the Christmas holidays. If you've seen Santa Paws, you might remember the scene where the girls sing and dance with beautiful dresses on. So when Aylah got this dress in the mail from Nanae, she immediately put it on and starting singing like the girls.

~Christmas~

We spent Christmas Eve at Corine's house, which is the girls great grandma. We always have a smorgasboard of everyone's favorite snack foods, then we head to the basement to open gifts. Aylah is opening up some makeup with Aunt Lisa, which she still puts on today.

I have a picture of Aylah sitting next to the same stocking when she was only 1 month old. Now, I just need to find it so I can compare them.

paint, which she uses almost daily for school.

She also got an easal. She plays with this all the time. She loves to practice writing her letters, drawing and painting on it.

Being cute!

A lite-bright (requested by mommy)
We had a wonderful Christmas.

~Pedicures~

My mom took Aylah and I to get pedicures the day before Grace was born. It's very important to have cute toes when you are giving birth.
Aylah chose blue.

She loves to get pedicures.

This is Aylah's I'm so excited and proud look but doesn't want to show it.

Me, enjoying this more than you could ever imagine. Also, taking complete advantage of the massage chair...all while enjoying a sweet tea from McDonalds!
